In this first stage, we focus on the essentials that move the needle fastest - stabilising your numbers and installing core systems that can unlock consistent momentum.
You’ll work directly with me 1:1, with regular support calls and a tailored action plan to keep you focused and accountable.
Price
£2,900 (inc. VAT) for your first 90 days.
After that, you can renew in 3, 6, or 12-month blocks to roll out the next phases of The Lean Growth System™ and scale with clarity and control.
